Michelle Gnida is an Area Manager/Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie. She partners with organizations as a consultant, coach and trainer to accelerate their progress to realizing their strategic goals.
Michelle is a professional in the areas of customizing products to increase employee engagement, develop Mid-Level and Executive leaders, non-traditional sales, sales force transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Grant Wood Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Michelle lives near Solon with her husband, Andy and 3 kids, Louis, Zeb and Eleanor. She is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a degree in Business. In her spare time, she enjoys water skiing and competing in local triathlons. She also teaches Sunday School at Solon United Methodist Church for 5-6 grade students.
